The 251st ACS National Meeting in San Diego is rapidly approaching, and we hope that you can take some time out of your day to join us at the ACS Publications and C&EN booths in the exhibition hall. You’ll have an opportunity to learn about our exciting new journals and our flexible open access offerings. You’ll even meet some of our all-star editors.

Sunday, March 13: Behind the Scenes of the C&EN Redesign

Exhibition Hall – ACS Booth Theater, 6:30 – 7:30 PM

Chemical & Engineering News (C&EN) has been given a fresh and new modern look. Stop by the booth to hear about the magazine’s re-design from C&EN’s Editor-in-Chief, Bibiana Campos-Seijo, Managing Editor, Amanda Yarnell and Creative Director, Rob Bryson. Learn about the magazine’s new vision and it’s part in a broader, ongoing effort to communicate science.

Monday, March 14: Priestley Medalist Signing & Q&A

Meet the recipient of this year’s ACS Priestley Medal, Mostafa A. El-Sayed. Visit the ACS Theater to learn more about Mostafa’s groundbreaking contributions to nano science and receive an autographed copy of C&EN.

ACS Publications is pleased to announce a new letters journal that will focus on all aspects of energy, including capture, conversion, and storage. Learn about ACS Energy Letters and get your questions answered by the inaugural editor, Prashant Kamat from the University of Notre Dame.

Here is your chance to pitch your research to some of the editors of ACS Publications’ journals. You will have 10 minutes to pitch your latest research and have an expert provide feedback on its potential for publication. Reserve your slot online or see a representative at the ACS Publications booth in San Diego. A limited number of slots will be available so don’t miss out!
