National Chemistry Week is a community-based annual event that unites ACS local sections, businesses, schools, and individuals in communicating the value of chemistry in our everyday life. This year, National Chemistry Week is being celebrated October 16–22, 2016, and the theme, Solving Mysteries through Chemistry, explores forensic chemistry.
