This year marks an exciting year for ACS Publications at Experimental Biology 2018. We invite attendees to join us at Booth #805 during the conference’s Exhibit Hours, April 22-24, 2018, to learn more about our leading journals at the interface of chemistry and biology and get some fun giveaways.
Treats and T-Shirts with ACS Pharmacology & Translational Science
Monday, April 23, 12:30-1:30 P.M. Pacific, Booth #805
Come talk with ACS Publications Associate Publisher, Janice Silverman, Ph.D., and learn more about publishing your research with one of our newest journals. ACS Pharmacology & Translational Science launched and started accepting submissions February 14, and will be publishing its first issue this summer.
While Silverman takes questions about publishing in this and other ACS journals, you can enjoy refreshments and get an ACS Pharmacology & Translational Science t-shirt to take home.

Win One of 30 ACS Chemical Biology Poster Tubes
Tuesday, April 24, 11:30 A.M. Pacific, Booth #805
ACS Chemical Biology serves as a forum to facilitate the communication between biologists and chemists that will translate to new research opportunities and discoveries. To improve awareness of this forum in the field of experimental biology, the journal invites attendees and poster authors to submit their information and share the above contest to enter to win a branded poster tube.
Stop by Booth #805 at 11:30 A.M. PST on Tuesday, April 24, for a LIVE drawing. While you’re there, discover more from ACS Chemical Biology in 2018, including the Special Issue “ Chemical Biology of CRISPR” and an editorial on using augmented reality for 3D models in scientific publications.
Bring Home Your Own Biochemistry Shirt
Encompassing the fields of chemical biology, synthetic biology, disease biology, cell biology, nucleic acid biology, neuroscience, structural biology, and biophysics, Biochemistry will have a limited selection of shirts available during the conference. Pick one up at Booth #805 and learn more about the journal’s new initiatives, such as Biochemistry to Bedside, a new series exploring recent drug approvals with an eye for the biochemical details, and how these translate into clinical success.
“Drug Discovery for Global Health”
Read ACS Infectious Diseases just-published Special Issue “Drug Discovery for Global Health,” which focuses on drug-discovery efforts aimed at fighting the infectious diseases most affecting developing countries. Guest Editor Félix Calderón collaborated with Editor-in-Chief Courtney C. Aldrich to assemble this Special Issue in celebration of 2017’s 2nd Symposium on Medicinal Chemistry for Global Health.
