The future of open access funding: seeking sustainable institutional publishing models

Come and meet members of the Committee as they highlight their essential work to provide high quality chemicals to labs throughout the world. The Committee develops and publishes specifications and test methods for analytical reagents, which are published in ACS Reagent Chemicals, an online database. The internship program is a partnership between the Committee, students, faculty, and universities. Students gain hands-on experience in method development and validation, while networking with Committee members. Part 2: ACS and open science

Sybille Geisenheyner, Director of Open Science Policy at ACS, will overview how ACS is embracing open science through partnerships with institutions, funders and other chemical societies. This will include ‘read + publish’ agreements, non-traditional forms of scientific publishing, and open data.
