Call For Papers: Allosteric Modulators in Drug Discovery

This upcoming joint Special Issue “Allosteric Modulators in Drug Discovery” by ACS Medicinal Chemistry Letters and the Journal of Chemical Information and Modeling will highlight the growing impact of ligands that target non-orthosteric sites to enable selective, context-dependent modulation of biological systems. By integrating advances in medicinal chemistry, structural biology, and computational approaches, this special issue aims to showcase innovative strategies for discovering and optimizing allosteric modulators across diverse therapeutic areas.

Accepted manuscripts for consideration in this Special Issue will include research articles, application notes, letters, notes, microperspectives, perspectives, reviews, technical notes, and viewpoints.Papers accepted for publication for this Special Issue will be available ASAP (as soon as publishable) online. After all submissions have been published, they will then be compiled online on a dedicated landing page to form the Special Issue. Manuscripts submitted for consideration will undergo the full rigorous peer review process expected from ACS journals.
