ACS Publications is pleased to announce the appointment of Norma Cernadas as Vice President, Product Management of the Division. In this new role, Cernadas—who previously served as the Director of Product Marketing for Verizon—will oversee ACS Publications' product and platform strategy, drive the definition and delivery of products, and manage the product lifecycle.

“Norma brings a wealth of strategic product portfolio experience, along with product management and management consulting expertise which will contribute greatly to modernizing the Division’s existing products and creating new products in keeping with the market’s evolving demands,” says ACS Publications President James Milne, Ph.D.

In her role at Verizon, Cernadas drove end-to-end product portfolio strategy for artificial intelligence (AI)-based employee experience, customer experience, and security Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions. She has previously held several other leadership roles, including serving as Senior Vice President, Product Management & Marketing at TenFour and Chief Revenue Officer for Fifth Element Technologies. She has a strong track record in developing and implementing global growth strategies, vertical marketing, pipeline generation, and go-to-market strategy.

Cernadas earned her bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Rutgers College of Engineering and her MBA from Rutgers Graduate School of Management.
