Advancements in experimental technology have prompted OMICS to step into a new era over the past decade. Revolutionary techniques such as single-cell omics, spatial omics, and time-series omics have provided researchers with unprecedented data, facilitating novel biological insights.

Journal of Chemical Information and Modeling (JCIM) seeks submissions for an upcoming Special Issue, “Cutting-edge Methodologies in Omics Data Analysis.” This Special Issue aims to promote investigation into pioneering techniques in omics data analysis, including, but not limited to, molecular annotation, data preprocessing, signature discovery, cell annotation, trajectory inference, cell-cell interaction, multi-omics data integration, data visualization, and so forth.

Submissions are welcome from researchers and scientists worldwide, focusing on novel techniques in omics data analysis, along with all types of manuscripts that fit the scope of JCIM, such as articles, perspectives, viewpoints, reviews, letters, and application notes.

For additional information on scope, manuscript types, and submission requirements, please refer to JCIM's Author Guidelines page. The deadline for submissions is April 1, 2025, with an expected publication date of July 2025.

We look forward to your contributions.
