The Journal of Chemical & Engineering Data Seeks Nominations for Inaugural Early Career Board

The Journal of Chemical & Engineering Data (JCED) is the premier journal for reporting data on the phase behavior and the physical, thermodynamic, and transport properties of well-defined chemical systems. To continuously improve JCED, we seek advice and counsel from researchers from all over the world and at all career stages. JCED’s Editorial Advisory Board (EAB) is composed of established scientists and engineer, but we also seek feedback from our author, reviewer, and reader communities.

Since the beginning of 2023, JCED’s mission has been fostered by an Early Career Board (ECB). The members of the ECB are emerging scholars who contribute to shaping JCED’s evolution and growth through ideas, innovation, and opinions. JCED’s ECB members are ambassadors for JCED, bring their ideas for new initiatives, and write editorials and perspectives on topics of interest to early career researchers.

ECB members will be appointed to a two-year term, once renewable. The ECB members will meet twice per year with JCED’s editorial team and will participate in the annual EAB meetings.
