Pacifichem 2015: Analytical Chemistry

The field of Analytical Chemistry encompasses all research involving the separation, identification, and quantification of the chemical composition of natural and synthetic materials. This includes various aspects of chemical measurement science as well as the development/application of analytical tools and methodologies. In an effort to showcase some of the most recent advances in this field, we’ve compiled a collection of articles published across a variety of ACS Publications, from authors who will be presenting at Pacifichem 2015. These publications range in topics from sensors to live cell imaging, from capillary electrophoresis to proteomics, and from immunoassay development to agricultural characterizations.

We hope this collection provides a snapshot of some of the exciting research being done in the field and challenges you to use these developments to stimulate and cultivate your chemical networks among various aspects of analytical chemistry.
