Catalysis lies at the heart of modern organic synthesis, driving innovations that impact various sectors from pharmaceuticals to materials science. ACS Publications, in partnership with the University of Vienna, are hosting an upcoming Symposium, "Catalysis for Organic Synthesis," which will present a unique convergence of ideas and discovery across organic, organometallic, and related fields of chemistry.
The Symposium will take place in person on July 31 - August 1, 2024 in Vienna, Austria. It will feature a distinguished panel of leading researchers, thought leaders, and a Nobel laureate, who will each bring a distinct perspective on how catalysis is reshaping organic chemistry. Below, we highlight each speaker and their role with ACS Journals, including a selection of their research on these topics published with ACS Publications.
This free, in-person event is a must-attend for scientists at all stages of their careers. We invite you be a part of this exciting scientific exchange by submitting your application today. You will have the chance to submit your abstract for consideration for our poster session, as well as a chance to be chosen for Lightning Talks during the symposium programming.
